A story of friendship, love and loss. While sad, it is inspiring to read about a journey among friends.

This was the best book I read last year. When I say it I mean it. The story if about high school teens living in Orange County, the land of excess, so accurate and bold. Many times I gasped out loud while reading it. If you think you know a young adult, a high school senior, you don’t!

I love a fluffy romance, this was not fluffy. It was like nothing I have read. One minute I am laughing at Alex and her BFF Harlow and then poof I am sad.

Seeing her up close and feeling her presence today had stirred up old feelings inside him. After they’d gotten together, the terrible aloneness he’d grown to live with had vanished.
