Well I LOVED this book. I will speak like one of my alternate personalities Stefan from SNL. This book had it all. A PhD. Student Ashlyn Drake, her BFF Liz who is a loose cannon, dancin drinking sorta pal, and the thesis on amnesia studies begins with John Doe/Logan/Aiden. Hoochie Momma what a set up. Let us begin with the set up, shall we? OK well when Ashlyn gets the call from her thesis director that she has a subject she is shocked and ready to bolt out the door. She is then told he is in the psych hospital being held for murder. That doesn’t stop her she is from a tough background, no Mom and her Dad taught her how to fight. 

Well the scene is set, John Doe is in the hospital and her heart drops. Yup he is hot and she is thinking “PhD, hhhmmmm research, gotta get to it” In between trying to get her thesis arguments constructed she is trying to help John Doe who she decides is Logan to remember. She is not at all in fear and seems calm when she is talking to him. He is more than willing to become the test subject and really willing to meet with her. They try a variety of questions and even music therapy. With each day she falls more into Logan. 

After seeing him for several weeks every day she decides to go out with Liz. Of course that is the night they release Logan and he never gets the message that she isnt going to show up. Walking home from the bar she sees Logan sleeping on a bench. Poor hottie has nowhere to sleep. Boo hoo benevolent Ash takes him home. She even refers to herself as Mother Teresa for being so kind. 

There is extreme heat, a lot of intrigue and mystery. Ashlyn’s best friend Liz is a hoot. She is pretty wild and even she questions Ash’s motives with Aiden. Finally a few pieces arew coming together and we find out who he is, who he was with and did he commit the murder.

The only bad thing was I thought it was too short. I could have read soooo much more. I can not wait for Kendall Ryan’s next book! Tweet this and get your friends to read it!!
