My Review:

A look at the cover and banner simple enough and tells it all. I got this as an ARC and I hope nothing was changed! The setting is simply a dream setting. Aiden Stewart is from a  wealthy family. Although they were not always wealthy, when he was born things for his family started to turn around. Yes he has an ego, he is arrogant, and we love him. One of the best scenes in the book is when Aiden, primed for the meeting to takeover and merge with ChatDotCom, realizes M. Jordan Fitzgerald is a WOMAN!

So a whole lot of chemistry is evident and immediately Aiden is smitten. Jordan is sooooo focused and plays the role of CEO very cool. In her head she is melting. Aiden Stewart is in his “hunting” mode and sparks fly. So the steam rate is on high and you should read it to see why. Clark’s Corner, Vermont is now the setting for a suspense “who dun it” and enter Christopher Fenton, bad news corporate takeover man. The plot, setting and characters are just wonderful. Jordan’s boss, Gene Palmer is stricken with cancer, and she is devasted. This man did so much for her she is in his debt. The relationship between the two is special.

I can see this being a series involving Ashley who Jordan knows since High School and Kyle her husband. They have a very interesting life and family background. I think that Aiden’s sisters and their families can be explored as well. The offices for the New England area are in a very romantic setting in idyllic Clark’s Corner, Vermont. Mrs Noyes who runs The Inn on the Green where Aiden stays is into every bit of gossip. You just know that she will have stories in her vault. So being I am boldly hinting I want more MORE Please

Overall an excellent read with a balance of romance and suspense that borders on terror! I can give it the extra ***** for steam so there I give it a 5+ because Aiden is juicy and delish!!

About the Author
Linda has written steadily throughout the years, but usually other people’s papers, speeches, or articles for agricultural trade magazines. Her only published work of fiction was a children’s book, “The Copper Angel of Piper’s Mill”, written in 1988 when her children were still small. Now that the kids are out of the house, Linda is writing fiction again, and this time it’s personal! She writes full time and it’s Romance!
Linda lives in a romantic stone house in the green mountains of Vermont surrounded by her gardens and her animals who include horses, sheep, cats, dogs, chickens, a parakeet and various wildlife visitors who wander in and out at will. When time permits, she also enjoys sketching and painting.
