The crossing paths of friendship, family, love, and loss are often complicated. From the first page I was simply in love with this book! The style, dialogue and total believeability, it is not a word is it? Well it should be. I loved how believe the plot was. Talk about a mini six degrees of separation!
The main character for the first half are June Deckert and Caroline Smith. Opposites, but not that it matters. They have been best friends since college and now live together. The entire premise is just one secret, that is shared by four people. I want to say who the other two beside Caroline and June are, but YOU MUST read the book.
June finds herself falling for a man…
Caroline finds herself falling for a man…
Fate enters the room ……..
A chorus of It’s a Small World is heard……
Holy ******
So clever and unique in the plot! I will say it was not your typical chick lit, romance, new adult, contemporary anything. It was GREAT! Find out what happens when two best friends and several others keep a secret. OK so some are no intentionally keeping the secret, they are just left in the dark. It is a very emotional and caring story. There really is nothing lacking here. If you want a fresh new take on contemporary get this book. You wont be disappointed.
I say READ IT NOW

I live in Southwest Missouri with my husband and two little boys.

I currently work as a Speech Language Pathologist. I provide therapy to adults who are dealing with speech, language, cognition or voice deficits. My day job is rewarding in many different ways and I love having the opportunity to help others in a time of need.

In 2012, I decided to begin writing my first novel. I have enjoyed reading and writing since I was young but never dreamed that writing my own novel would be an attainable goal. After reading several independently published novels by Jamie McGuire, Colleen Hoover and others, I decided I needed to give my dream a chance. So, here I am.
