Chasing Air, a Novel.
Yes it was a good as I thought it would be. The characters were rich, well written, and most important to me believable. There was an element of mystery with the main character Dr. Judith who was Dr. Makenzie Holder. We find out why she is hiding in Texas and who she is hiding from. Being there is really a good plot, the sub plot turns out almost as good. When you meet a few love interests for Mak, there is a light feeling. She sort of decides that dating may be next on her agenda. She really keeps to herself and doesn’t venture far. There is a routine she has to make herself feel secure. I enjoyed the dating part and then the troubles start.
The author takes you through a secret communicating mode for Mak and the FBI. What a story! I totally loved the way it was believable. I think the mystery element was given out in healthy doses. More importantly was the romance. When Detective Ryler Buchanan first meets her he thinks that he is in charge. HA! Laughably Mak tells him that it is her E.R. and she is the Doctor in charge. He shuts right up and leaves with his tail between his legs. She is so passionate about her patients that she needs to put them before the cops.
So there is more than a few reasons to read this. If you love romantic suspense with the FBI, a gorgeous detective and a strong family this is for you. Jump in and see what happens as the hired hit-man attempts to finish the job.

Writing has been a long hidden passion. When my grad school professors suggested that I write for my own pleasure, I was skeptical and not certain of the vulnerability. However, I’m so grateful I took the plunge and I will never look back.
With the first two books released in the Running Series, I’m looking forward to releasing Chasing Air, a romantic suspense novel in October and the 3rd installment of The Running Series, My Confession, will follow in December.
