Fighting Back by Kirsty Dallas #review @bookslapped @kirstydallas

I am going to say READ book 1 FIRST.  Once you have read book one and loved it like I did, then go to book 2. Rebecca was the florist and friend who was called on to look after Ella and give her a job. In this book, there is no time lapse.

Rebecca Donovan is great. Charlie, well he is hotter than a habanero and more likely to add spice to Rebecca’s life. So there is spice and then time goes on. Nothing between the two. She thinks he isnt interested, he thinks the same, and their

didn’t happen again. Rebecca is hilarious! She has a “Central Loving Station” and several plants that look like parts of the anatomy. Ya know what I mean. I don’t know what to say except she is so freakin awesome I want her as a friend.

There is a HUGE happening with her sister and it calls for the big guns. OH my the men come out and seize the moment. Charlie is awesome and he is the “one” who can heal Rebecca. The reason why I loved the richness of characters is really the authors ability to throw you into the circumstances that got Rebecca to need Charlie. It is a sordid tale involving half the town. It has an amazing plot.

Rebecca is unhinged in a bad way and goes blah, drab, old mom sweat pants.

A little talk, love, and coaching from Charlie and it is done

The dynamic Ella and Jax are here and their story is probably as good. I am a fan of gritty, real, and raw types of novels and this one gets an A+ in all of the above. There is some explicit scenes in there too. WOW

It lacks nothing. A true must read.

Kirsty Dallas

I’m just a little Aussie girl with a big imagination, so much to write and so little time to do it. When I’m not writing (or reading) I am kept smiling and sane (for the most part) by my 5 year old daughter. She is the light in my world. I have a wonderfully supportive family who keep me completely grounded. Trust me, they will never let any success go to my head!! And I love them for it. I enjoy ice cold ciders, barbeques, music and art. I hate cooking, in fact I think I have major kitchen allergies. My feet rarely grace anything other than flip-flops and even in the middle of a hot Aussie summer, I love my jeans!!! To sum me up in a few words (and you know how hard just a few words is for an author) ~ easy going, laid back, dreamy and passionate.

I hope you all love reading my novels as much as I love writing them.
