DEA agent Eve Taylor has had her fill of alpha males.
If you like action packed books with a romance angel, then this is for you! I always favor cops, and special ops along with a DEA agent thrown in for good measure. In particular this is pretty packed with action. I liked the history of Mac. I know losing a parent is not easy but the way in which she died was a little different.
There is a series of scenes “on the run” that were among my favorites in the book. The alpha male always has a special place in my heart!
I liked Eve too! It is nice to see a woman who is capable. I liked the fact that she was confident and it was mainly because she was capable. I will say there is a leak, a mole, a traitor and I was STUNNED by who is was.
Sometimes talking about who was captured is hard because of spoilers. So I will say it is a great read and I suggest it to the alpha male loving ladies, and the romantic suspense fans too! Lots of appeal with the characters and the plot. Grab it up or gift it to someone for the holidays!

Teri Riggs was destined to be a writer. As a small girl she didn’t read bedtime stories, she made up her own.
